Managing Floating IPs

This guide provides detailed instructions on managing Floating IPs in the SkyAtlas Cloud platform.

1. Navigate to Floating IPs

  1. Go to the Network section in the dashboard.

  2. Select Floating IPs from the menu to view the list of existing Floating IPs.

2. Allocate a Floating IP

  1. On the Floating IPs page, click on the "Allocate IP" button.

  2. Choose the pool from which you want to allocate the Floating IP.

  3. Click on the "Allocate IP" button.

3. Associate a Floating IP

  1. After allocating, select the Floating IP from the list.

  2. Click on the "Associate" button.

  3. Choose the instance to which you want to associate the Floating IP.

  4. Click on the "Associate" button.

4. Disassociate a Floating IP

  1. To disassociate, select the associated Floating IP.

  2. Click on the "Disassociate" button.

  3. Confirm the disassociation.

5. Release a Floating IP

  1. To release a Floating IP, select it from the list.

  2. Click on the "Release Floating IP" button.

  3. Confirm the release.
